Location: Kennewick, WA

Schedule: Part-Time | August–October | Tues–Sat | 6:30 AM–10:30 AM

Pay: $16.66–$18/hour

Do you enjoy working outside, moving with purpose, and being part of a small team that creates beauty through hard work? Columbia River Dahlias is looking for a Seasonal Farm Hand to join us for the late summer and fall harvest season.


This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.


What You’ll Do

    •    Harvest dahlias quickly and carefully to meet daily deadlines

    •    Sort and prepare flower orders for customers

    •    Weed, clean buckets, and perform general field maintenance

    •    Work outdoors in all conditions—sun, wind, rain, and chilly mornings

    •    Keep workspaces clean and organized for safety and efficiency



What We’re Looking For

We need someone who:

    •    Is self-motivated and able to work quickly, efficiently, and safely

    •    Can stay focused and productive without constant supervision

    •    Has a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

    •    Can lift up to 50 lbs and is comfortable bending, kneeling, and walking on uneven ground

    •    Can work at a fast pace, especially during time-sensitive tasks like morning harvest


An interest in gardening, flowers, or floriculture is a plus, but no formal experience is required. We’ll train you!




Pay & Perks
