Columbia River Dahlia tubers will arrive with at least one viable eye (it may not be visible at the time you receive your tuber) and will be true to picture. We care about your satisfaction with our tubers and roots.

Please understand that tubers and roots are perishable; weather, growing conditions, poor customer care, plant performance, pest damage, or failure to thrive are beyond on our control and we are unable to give refunds. 

Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
